A Message from the Pastor to the NLCBC Family

Praises Unto the Lord, God Almighty!
With Him "I AM"...Without Him, where and who would I be.
Praise God from whom all blessings flow. I am extremely grateful and most humble to God for all that He has done for me. I am truly blessed to have been chosen to serve the Lord, in such an honorable position as the Pastor of the New Lebanon Calvary Baptist Church (NLCBC), for the past eleven years. My service during these eleven years has been a great undertaking, as well as a challenge. This challenge has been filled with love, joy, pain, tears, and success. But through it all, the joys outweigh the tears, and my tears have become tears of joy. I recognize that God is continually blessing me and using me as an instrument for Kingdom building. And the Lord placed these scriptural words from the book of Matthew 16:18, within my heart, "And upon this rock I will build my Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it".
Year after year, I have experienced all kinds of love from all of my members. Love is a precious gift given to us from God. John 3:11 says or this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another". Thank you NLCBC family for always showing your true love towards me, First Lady Quick, and my entire family, over the past years. You are a blessing in my life and my appreciation is never ending. Without a doubt, I too, am richly blessed to pastor members as kind and caring as you.
My earnest prayer for the NLCBC, in the years to come, is that God will continue to richly bless us with a "greater future and a brighter tomorrow".
Finally, I owe it all to Jesus Christ; my journey, my walk, my talk, and my life. With the utmost respect, love, and dedication, I thank the Lord Jesus Christ, who enabled me to preach this wonderful gospel on a daily basis. For truly, God has nurtured and strengthened my heart, soul, mind and body, and has eternally entrusted me with this awesome Ministry.
